For autonomous legally established institutions of higher learning primarily involved in distance education. Institutional membership is dedicated to at any level of open and distance teaching institutions located within this region and whose primary mode of instructional delivery is the distance mode. Institutional Membership which is open to all institutions active in promoting or delivering education by the distance mode through departments, faculties, centers or schools of external or off campus studies and programs. All members are subject to and bound by the Constitution in force at the time of admission and as amended thereafter by agreement at the Annual Meeting of the General Body.
